Modern design, with mid-century style. This home is 3-bedrooms with 1.5 baths. There is a nice living room area for hanging out, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a lounge/dining area as an added bonus! Also, the property has a fully fenced backyard if you have pets or kiddos with you :)

Allen was a fantastic host. We were in town for a UK football game and this house was perfect. Easy walk to the stadium and only a short drive to downtown Lexington. The house was comfortable and quiet with all the basic essentials. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were there for a UK football game. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Kroger Field. We grilled (brought our tailgate grill as they only have a small charcoal grill) and sat in their cute covered porch to eat. The location is also great because you’re so close to the university and to Chevy Chase (one of our favorite neighborhoods for shopping and restaurants). We would stay again!

This place had everything we needed for our stay. Since we were attending a football game at Kroger Field...... was a less than 10 minute walk from the stadium which was ideal for us. Nice neighborhood and clean home. Would stay here again.
