Quaint home in a prime urban location. Close proximity to Downtown Lexington, 8 mins from the NEW Rupp Arena, and 15 minutes to Keeneland and the KY Horse Park. Not to mention, this property is located right next to Castlewood Park and the up-and-coming Greyline Station Marketplace- a perfect place to grab some local eats, treats, coffee, and donuts! The space is charming, cozy and great for groups- with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a fenced in yard with a fire-pit :)

The home is two-stories with an open concept living room and kitchen area, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs (4 queen-sized beds in total). There is also a backyard w/ fire-pit and a back porch utility room area.

Pet's are welcome at the home- we currently have a 2 pet maximum and our pet fee is $50 per stay!
