The home is a single-story residence with fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, 4 full bedrooms (3 queen-sized beds, 1 bunk bed with full/twin sizes), and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a back patio area, yard, and fire-pit. QUIET HOURS: + Since we are in a quaint neighborhood with lovely neighbors, quiet hours are in effect starting at 9pm and extending through 9am. + Outdoor music is NOT permitted while at the space. + We try our best to be respectful of our neighbors as they are respectful to us, so following this request is essential.
